15 minutes a day.
Big dino-sized progress.

Tutorsaurus is a daily quest of adaptive math, reading, spelling and science practice for K-5. Every question is read aloud, every wrong answer gets a friendly hint, and every finished quest hatches a real dinosaur.

No ads. No credit card. Works on phones, tablets and laptops.

How it works

A quest a day, no nagging required

Rex the T-rex picks the right mix of review and new skills, then gets out of the way.

  1. 1

    Pick your kid

Add a first name, grade and avatar. That’s all we need to start.

  2. 2

    Play today’s quest

About 15 minutes across four subjects, read aloud, answered by tapping and dragging.

  3. 3

    Hatch a dinosaur

Finish the quest, keep the streak, and add one of 36 real dinosaurs to the collection.

Four subjects

Everything from counting to Spot the Fake

The adaptive engine tracks mastery skill by skill and mixes review with what’s next.

  • Math

Counting through fractions, decimals and geometry, aligned to K-5 standards.

  • Reading

Phonics, sight words and comprehension, read aloud so pre-readers can play.

  • Spelling & Grammar

Build words with letter tiles and fix sentences one tap at a time.

  • Science & Life Skills

Science basics, money, maps, and "Spot the Fake" for telling real from AI-made.

Every skill has two modes: Learn together, a 3-minute guided mini-lesson a grown-up reads with the child, and Solo practice.

Built for kids K-5

Designed for small hands and big imaginations

  • Every question read aloud

Pre-readers can play on their own from day one.

  • Tap, drag, never type

Letter tiles and number pads. No free-text typing, ever.

  • A hint, then a why

Wrong answers get a nudge first, then a kid-friendly explanation.

  • 36 real dinosaurs to hatch

Each one comes with a true fact worth telling at dinner.

  • Coins and streaks

Small daily wins that make 15 minutes feel like a treat.

For parents

You see every step. They just see dinosaurs.

  • PIN-protected dashboard

    A 4-digit PIN keeps grown-up screens for grown-ups.

  • Progress per skill

See mastery, time spent, and this week’s focus at a glance.

  • Multiple kids, one account

Each child gets their own quest, dinos and progress.

  • Private by design

No ads, no chat, no social features, no third-party trackers on kid screens.

FAQ

Questions grown-ups ask

How long does a quest take?

About 15 minutes a day. Each quest mixes a little review with one or two new skills so it stays short and never feels like a worksheet.

My child can’t read yet. Can they still use it?

Yes. Every question is read aloud, and kids answer by tapping or dragging, so kindergartners can play on their own.

What is "Learn together" mode?

Each skill has two modes. "Learn together" is a 3-minute guided mini-lesson a grown-up reads with the child. "Solo practice" is for kids to play independently.

Is it really free?

Tutorsaurus is free during launch. A paid plan, Tutorsaurus Plus, is coming soon. We will always give parents clear notice before anything changes.

What about my child’s privacy?

Parents create the account. We collect only a first name, grade and avatar for each child, and there are no ads, chat, social features or third-party trackers on kid screens. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Today’s quest is waiting.

Free during launch. Setup takes about a minute, and every finished quest earns coins toward a real dinosaur.
